Squishy Tower Launch Window: May–July 2026
What actually shipped when Squishy Tower went live, when badges appeared, and the last dated update we can cite.
Squishy Tower launched on 20 May 2026 as a free Roblox tower obby from Aru Games, the group owned by uwucutesingle. Place ID 97094215282943. R6 avatars. Public servers up to 50 players. Independent climbs, not a co-op campaign. The tower is inspired by Needoh Tower and Needoh Gear Tower and is still its own floor set, sound design, and trophy list. This page is the dated record of that launch window. It is not a fake weekly patch blog, and it does not list unreleased features as if they shipped.
By early September 2026 the place had more than 1.66 million visits and 224 thousand favorites. Those numbers describe a live game, not a pre-release. If you are reading an older tab that called Squishy Tower unreleased, close it. The climb is open.
20 May 2026 — what shipped
The launch build is an ASMR tower. You join a public instance, you take checkpoints, and you climb themed squishy geometry. Confirmed floor language from play and official thumbnails:
- Paw pads (pink thumbnail language, onboarding-scale platforms)
- Keyboard and keycaps
- Strawberries
- Dumplings and buns
- Cheese, including repeat sections
- Bananas
- Hamburger and fast-food rooms (red thumbnail language)
- Butter (yellow thumbnail language with cheese)
- ASMR squishy rooms
- Sinking Needoh pads
- Kill bricks near squishies
We do not turn that list into a numbered stack from lobby to summit. Aru Games has not published an official floor-order chart. Ranking those themes by consistency and wipe risk belongs on the floor tier list, not here. Launch notes only care that these rooms existed as the public identity of the game: soft pads, loud keys, sticky dairy, busy food, and toys that want you to listen.
ASMR is not a side mode. Default sound-on play is how the place is sold. Keycaps click. Squishies invite a camera pan. That invitation is also how people hit kill bricks. Controls and jump timing are documented on controls because the launch design assumes you can hear the floor.
Checkpoints shipped as the retry system. You do not need a party to hold a door. You need to touch a plate so a wipe on butter does not erase a hamburger clear. Habits for that live on checkpoints. The 50-player cap shipped as a social ceiling, not as a raid size. Other avatars are visual load. They are not co-op partners.
Coins and blind boxes exist as optional pickups. Blind boxes have been discussed on creator streams rather than in a written notes post. They are not a launch-day promo-code system. There are still no public codes; codes stays empty so this page never has to pretend a redeem shipped. Economy details belong on coins.
Hard mode exists in the live experience, with limited public detail. We will not invent a launch-day bullet list of hard-mode modifiers. If you toggle it, read hard mode and assume wipe risk goes up on the same themes, not that a second tower shipped in May.
9 June 2026 — badges created
Three Roblox badges were created on 9 June 2026, roughly three weeks after launch:
- Welcome Squishy Tower (join, about 1.04 million awards, near-100 percent win rate)
- Completed Squishy Tower (reach the top, about 272 thousand awards, about 81.1 percent win rate, text tells you to keep climbing for more wins)
- Met a Developer (in-server meet, about 4,992 awards, recent daily rate 0 percent)
That gap matters. May completers were climbing a live tower before the trophy icons existed. We do not document a retroactive grant. If your profile is missing Completed after a May run, summit again after 9 June. Full earn conditions stay on badges. The keep-climbing line is why wins is a separate page: one badge, many summit loops on the same 50-player servers.
No fourth badge shipped in this window. No group-join badge. No coin-count badge. If a video says otherwise, it is mixing games.
7 July 2026 — last known update stamp
The last Roblox updated timestamp we cite is 7 July 2026. That stamp proves the place was touched after launch and after the June badges. It does not authorize a fabricated bullet list. We do not know an official feature-by-feature breakdown for that push, so we do not write one. Climbers still log into the same public tower: themed floors, ASMR, checkpoints, optional coins, hard mode, three badges, 50-player instances.
How we will treat a later stamp is explained on the updates hub. New timestamp, then confirmed change, then a new page. We will not rewrite 20 May into a fantasy that includes rooms we cannot name.
How to play the launch tower today
Join the place. Ignore code spam. Take the first checkpoint. Climb. Use getting started and how to beat if you want a route. Use the floor checklist if you want a session log. Use players if you care about the profile icons that were added in June.
The May–July 2026 window is the documented era: a free ASMR tower, a late badge drop, and a July stamp without a public notes essay. That is enough history to climb with. It is not enough history to invent a roadmap.
